Symptoms of a bad rim?

when driving i noticed there would be a constant judder that would start to get noticeable at 25mph and above and it'll get worse when i go faster. Best way i can describe it is kinda like a "bouncing" motion. Up and down. It also gets a lot worse when i apply the brakes. A bad rim? a flatspot? i'm at a lost here.

^+! thats your cheapest option, and if the wheel is bent or damaged they can tell you after putting the wheel on that machine. Then if everything is fine iwth the wheels and balancing then get your alignment checked out.
