TPMS light out?

Hi, I have a question about TPMS. When I bought my car used, it already got rims on it and after changing the tires today, I did not see any sensor on the wheel. SO I am wondering what the previous owner did to make the TPMS light stay off. I would ask the owner but its has been a while now and I lost his number. Its not a big issue but I was just wondering if I ever so decide to reverse what he did. I also do not see the light lighting up on when you turn the car on. thank you in advace.

^ sounds like he might have taken the bulb out, or MAYBE the tpms reset procedure gets rid of the light if you dont have the sensors, though i doubt that could be done.

I have an 04, AM wheels, NO TPMS.. no light either..

even when I had my old 20s, I had TPMS in it... but after almost 45 minutes of driving, the light will appear. Turn the car off, and back on, the light is gone.
