I posted up awhile back, nothing really got responded so i'll try again.
When I push my clutch in, after its been warmed up, it sounds like a clicking noise, when its in gear. I can kind of feel it in my foot as well, this has been like this since I bought the car 2 years ago.
Anyone else have this? I have a 07 sedan, 6MT

^Yep, I got the exact same thing. It doesn't always do it though...
Also sometimes, when in neutral and foot off the clutch, the clutch chatter can get VERY loud. It sounds horrible.

I just came back from the dealership to have them check it out, they state its the pressure plate, and its normal. They drove another 6MT Sedan and it made the same sound
I guess its nothing to worry about but it is annoying

It has always been the throwout bearing that is going bad in my cars. I've never heard of the problem being the pressure plate but anything is possible.

^ pretty much considering i know some older gen users who have already driven their cars 100k+ without any mechanical issues or excessive changes of clutch.

That is such a loaded question. Normal for one person may not be normal for another. I had a 03 G35c 6MT and had over 93k and still on my first clutch before I totaled it. I never dumped the clutch but I drove it hard. Originally Posted by Nismo86

My g37 sedan's clutch doesn't feel as solid but i'll know it is time for a new clutch when my RPMs start revving while the car is moving slowly before it hits the friction point.

Tried that on another car of mine and no, it won't.Originally Posted by JayJay
^^^ so changing to an aftermarket flywheel, pressure plate, etc... would eliminate the noises?

Mine kind of does the same thing, It has this weird crunchy feeling when you depress it, it feels like you can feel something rotating in the clutch assembly, and when shifting at redline its worse you can really feel this weird rotating crunchy feeling. I was worried at first but I've had and driven the car for 25k miles now, and it hasnt gotten worse, and it affects nothing, it never slips, it still works pefect. So I have just kind of gotten over it.
It is alil upsetting just because something doesnt feel right. but being that nothing is affected by it I just kind of let it go lol.
