Er.. im not sure but does a new exhaust and springs/cambers void warranty on the G?

It's a grey area.... Infiniti installed my exhaust. If something goes wrong they have to prove 100% that it is due to the aftermarket part. You should be fine; I've had my car in for service many times (although nothing engine/drivetrain related).
Springs/camber may void any warranty claims for suspension parts. But again, if you install JUST springs and something goes wrong with the engine - they'd have to prove it was the springs fault.

yup popcorn has it right.
Of course, when I had my Ford, they tried to blame everything, and I mean everything, on my aftermarket exhaust. it got old after a while, but they knew they really couldn't hold me responsible.

/\... Yup.
With that being said, I've had plenty of work done under warranty and I'm dropped, have plenty of neg camber and I have an A/M exhaust as well.... no issues at all.
