Talking New '07 G35S Owner

What up all! Brand new member here, just got my G35S almost two weeks ago and I am definitely loving it. (Sorry for the pictures and background, still learning to use the Nikon).

The car I had before is in the back: 91 Accord, def Upgrade.

Welcome to the forum. The car looks to be in great condition.
Are you going to do any mods? Tints would be a nice little start!

Thanks for the welcoming! I'm planning on starting small right now, going to get some tints and getting some mud guards soon. Still looking around the forums for some possible future mods; maybe dropping it or the black grill, but that's later on.

Oh, and also going to get some new tires soon, still trying to decide...

Welcome! Looks to be a nice one and a very nice upgrade from the accord (although I'm sure that car served you well). Cheers.

Looks clean overall, but did you notice the slight difference in color between your passenger front and rear doors? I also noticed there is some wet sanding scuffs left on the rear door so I'm guessing it was repainted at some point?

^ you can determine that from some low res internet pics on LP paint covered in shadows and reflections....really?

Yes I can, and the photos aren't THAT low-res, the fact that I can see these imperfections in multiple angles confirms that.. but I am working on a higher quality graphics monitor as it IS my job.. ;-]

You can clearly see a difference in color between the front and rear doors in the first photo there. And the scuffs in the rear door in all three photos. I'm not knocking on the car, just stating an observation that the op may or may not have noticed. I've had the unfortunate experience of purchasing a car that had some paint/bodywork done without the dealer disclosing it and only noticed it upon closer inspection after the fact.

where on the door are these scuffs?

And the color could just be lighting/shadows...

Yeah, I see nothing to justify the comment in the pics above.
Show me more pics without the reflection noise and I'll give my opinion.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on the serious upgrade.
