This is my first time accident in a parking lot. With the pictures I thought that is enough to prove what had happened. Didn't think about asking someone to be the witness which there were many. This parking lot is always pack with people walking in the store. I guess you can say rookie mistake. I have my wife in the car at that time but I guess that is what some one would called biased witness.
If somehow my insurance is not fighting this, I was thinking of getting a lawyer myself but wondering if that is worthy. I hate people that not taking responsible for their actions, isn't that what insurance is for?

You might still be able to find a witness. Place a request in your local newspaper asking for anyone who witnessed it to call you. Give the location, date, time, description of the vehicles and even include one of your pics (depending on cost) with the ad. It's a long-shot but you never know. Someone may come forward.

rpm&my, Thanks for your suggestion. I probably will not do that since I don't think that will help.

Just came back from one of the body shop. They estimate that it will cost 1832.00 to fix it. That include replace the rear bumper and repair the rear panel and door and paint. That is a bit overpriced I think. Will check out one more body and see how much they think it will take.

Cheers,
NN

Is there any way to prove from the pics that it's most likely that he hit you vs you hitting him?

Jeff,
That is what happened. He back his truck into the lot and hit me. You can see from the pics that his truck's wheels are still turn and crossed over the center line. I was on my right of way the whole time. I didn't hit him and I can see how I can hit him from the pics.
