comes on S with tech package I believe or some type of option.

or it could be added on during purchase. factory option purchase.

I guess I could look at the sticker, but I think the only thing it doesn't have is the 4wheel steering. I think I have everything else, right down to the peeling steering wheel and armrest.

I assume you have your steering wheel preset to move when you get in and out of the car. Next time you get in and it moves into place, grab the wheel and firmly pull it downward. If it moves a little you maybe in luck.
I had my steering wheel and column replaced because it moved a little after.

nope...maybe that's an option I don't have as well then (the self adjusting steering wheel). Of course, I thought that was only on automatics.
