takeda intake for 08 G35

Does anyone have a take intake their 08 G35.
Some part online stores sell TR 3008P who I hear is not a perfect fit because a hose on the passenger side..it fits the G37.
Additionally, autoanything is selling the take TR 3009P for 08 G35...I called AFE who makes the takeda and they stated they are aware of the TR 3008

AFE said they they are aware of the TR 3008P not fitting the G35 , its for the G37 and said that the TR 3009P is for the 370Z.
I have had good luck with K&N but wanted a dry filter.
Does anyone have the RC2?...take said the issuebwill be resolved in a few weeks, but I am not sure if I trust a product that could have such a big oversite.
Does anyo.ne have any good suggestions

I have it on my 07 sedan. It does fit. It's just the rubber hose is hard to put on. It took me a while to put it on, but if you know the manuever, it will go on quickly.

Left side goes on no problem.

The right side is the issue.
