Wheat interior. New trim?

Ok everyone so here's the deal. I got an 07 G35 sedan and I got the wheat color interior. I wasn't able to get the black interior but thats a different story. I've been thinking about changing out the aluminum trim for the interior, but I don't know what would be perfect with the wheat color. Does anyone think the carbon fiber trim would be good? Does anyone have any pictures of new trim for a wheat interior? Thanks Guys

I like Mike's new setup.
By comparing screen names, maybe you two have similar tastes!

With a wheat interior, I think a wood trim would look better than CF. The CF in Mike's compliments the Black and Stone. It's wouldn't have the same effect with beiges/browns. IMHO.

If you are still thinking about it I would do what I first did before investing all the $$ in the true carbon fiber panels. I started with a wrap job prior to get a feel if I would like the look as I have never seen it done on my stone interior prior. Ended up loving how it looked and wanted the real deal so I got in contact with IGT. Good luck!

You should try it out, be the first to do it with a wrap like Mike did. That way, if it looks good, I can follow suit. lol

Depends on which route you want to go. The pics from the thread above is my true carbon fiber trim from IGT automotive but you can do a wrap if you don't want to spend the $$ or just want the carbon fiber look. The IGT pieces are trim replacements.

Yeah man, if you really want the CF look then you can get some CF fabric. Just google it and you'll find some.
I did the rear wing on my friend's CLS for him a couple weeks back with it and it looks great.
I think he paid around 40 bucks or so for 2 yards of the stuff which should be more than enough for the interior pieces. I'd try it out since there's a lot left but I just don't have the time right now.
