just went to check on my car, IT IS ALL DONE! The rims and intake look sick! I left my phone in my car when i went into the shop, so didnt get a chance to take some quick pics. ;-(

I am gonna leave it in their garage till thursday (thats when all the rain stops here), so pics will follow after!

Also, some bad news. the rear caliper covers did not fit, something about the rear brakes sticking out a bit too much, i dont know. not happy about that right, the front caliper covers as you saw went in okay but not the rear ones.

All the more reason for me to upgrade to the Infiniti BBK ASAP!

if the brake calipers dont fit i dont think the BBKs will either cause they are bigger?

might need to invest in some spacers :P

Yeah DJ if your brake covers do not fit I can't imagine a BBK would be able to fit with the wheels.

Yes - spacers will bring the wheels further from the hub (will make them stick out more).

if you plan on dropping the car you will probably need spacers anyways

but if your wheels are hitting your break calipers then your offsets are off so you need to bring the wheels out a bit so they dont hit and youre definitely going to need to if you want to go with a BBK

why not just remove the caliper covers? it seems a little cheesy to rock those caliper covers and your rotors are still the OEM size.

I just put them on man, they have been on for less than24 hrs, haha. I honestly look at them over rusty brakes.

Drilled/slotted rotors will haPpen eventually

if you get drilled/slotted rotors, then you need a big brake kit. no offense but i think caliper covers is really gay. get the real deal.

and the case is probably, your wheels wont fit depending on the offsets, so you will need spacers. probably 20mm in the front, 15mm in the rear. you wont rub, it makes your car look wider and fatter, and makes it look sick.

trust me, having wheels tucked in is super lame. make everything flush and your car will be more noticeable, even with stock wheels. spacer's make a big difference in regards to how your car looks, and it'll help you clear your brakes as well.

i still also think you should debadge the letter "g" off your car and leave the mt fuji sign. but in the end, its all about what you want to do with the car and what makes you happy.

take a look at "blueslate" or "07xprinze" 's car. blueslate went emblemless and his car is/was sick. 07xprinze has CF on the car, i'll ask him to post up some pictures of his car so you can get a few ideas as well.

just my 2 cents. it's all up to you in the end.
