Angry Infiniti dealership trying to jip me?!

Hey guys I'm new here and in dire need of your help, bear with
Me I'm not much of a typer. Well here goes my story...

Well it started with an oil change much like everything does...
I went to get it done before I even got there I noticed a clicking noise coming from the speedometer when I accelerated and it got to 4 or 5 rpm or so, I told the dealer about this problem they check it and it turns out I have carbon build up okay I have 50k miles on my 08 g35 it sounds reasonable considering I always fill up the gas tank only when it's on e, bam I shell out $270 plus for the oil change and throttle clean or something. I leave 1 day later lo and behold I notice the clicking noise returned now even more frequent and loud!

I tell them about this and they say they will fix it along with a brake judder I had , mind you all under warranty so I'm thinking sweet! (not for long)

Okay so they do both of these services my brake judder is gone but guess what ? The clicking noise is still there! At this point I'm like damn! So I tell them about this they say it's gotta be thAt tsb, they tell me to come back the next day and that they will have a loaner car since it's gonna take a while. Here's where it gets shady...

The next day comes and I miss the appointment for my free tsb service I reschedule for the next day , the day of the appointment I get a call from one of the service reps this is what he tells me...

"since you haven't had a coolant flush and your 30k service was due we need to do that and it will cost 179 before we can do any of the tsb work for that clicking noise", I asked "and if the flush doesn't fix it you will fix it for free as a tsb?" he says "ya".

Am I getting manhandled?

Sorry for the bad typing I'm desperate!

30k service is a expensive oil change.

get all in writing. plus you dont need to pay for service to get service.

tell them to fix the issue and you dont need any paying service done

It lol I need to pay for a flush at 50k to fix a clicking noise? Damn them

They shouldn't have charged your for a throttle cleaning, mine was free, I was still under warranty. Dude, sounds like they are truly getting over.

the airbag thingy and also my stupid lifter links on the driver's seat went out, again. ugh.

so, OP, they should service your warranty items w/o you having to pay for prerequisite service.

Does anyone know what the tsb would be? It's a clicking noise coming from the dash where the speedometer is when I accelerate , my car is a 2008 g35 sedan.

What should I say I'n order for them to stop bugging me about paying for the coolant flush? Please someone give me the exact
Tsb for my issue lol I been looking all day

Apparently there is a tsb for the wiper blades does this mean I can get them replaced for free? My car also has a slight pull to the right that's a tsb too, free service too?

I don't know actually. I've only used the tapping noise TSB. Wouldn't hurt to print out all those TSB's and taking them to the dealer haha

Haha good idea I just might, one more question for you guys are
They obliged to fix the tsb's under warranty? The service reps keep telling me all that a tsb is is to provide their mechanics with guidelines as to how to address
A problem not a recall for free service lol yet
They fixed my brake judder as per said I'n the tsb for free! Now they wanna tell me this bull****!

TSBs are different than recalls in that they only apply to cars that exhibit the symptoms that will be corrected by the TSBs, recalls are more of a blanket fix whether or not the vehicles exhibit the problem symptoms.
If your vehicle is having the noticeable symptoms the TSBs are supposed to be performed free of charge.
