My rear passenger window has a bad spot about two inches long, the other three windows feel tacky as well. I dropped off my car this morning. I'll let everyone know how it goes. Here's ITB09-060.pdf which deals with it.

The dealership replaced all four window moldings just as the TSB09060 called out for, no questions asked. The service advisor told me that Infiniti changed the material in the moldings, hopfully they did the proper research on this new material and this won't be a re-occurring problem. The summers can get very hot here in Texas. I'll be checking the moldings the closer I get to the end of my warranty.

by looking at the bulleting picture, they only circled the molding below the windows. Are these the ones people are having trouble with? Or the moldings all the way around the window? What was replaced for you Mojo?

They only replaced the lower strip on all four of my windows. Mine was starting to melt or turn to goo, right in the center. I believe it's a heat related issue, hopefully the new material is more heat resistive.

My passenger side showed a small spot of "melting."

infiniti of coconut creek took a look at it and replaced all 4.

idk if my the prev owner keep it in the garage, but my baby is safe from the elements and any harsh chemicals now.

Agree. Dealer replaced the lower window seal and the sunroof which had cracks in the hard plastic glass surround all around.
No luck with the scratched door pulls though. Dealer says it is normal wear. I should show him door pulls on my 16 year old Audi A6 which in many aspects is still superior to Infiniti. Fit, finish, transmission, seals, squeaks, rattles,....
But, you get what you pay for

Most dealers replace the door grabs and even the steering wheel without a problem. Are they just scratched, or are the totally peeling off. Mine were peeling from just rubbing it with ur thumb so they replaced them. New ones are 6 months old and no issues so far. Maybe try calling a different dealer?

Also you could try to just order the door trim yourself, it pops in and out fairly easily. I took my door panel off to fix a rattle and had to take it out. I did not try to unhook the window switches however so I can't say how easy or hard that it. Part is $30something.

At $30 I won't be too worried. If the '08 part fits, even better. Those are different material and should last forever.
Greetings,
Adil
