Kool_ thanks for the diagram. ... Since I know where the sensor is now, I guess I can test it and see if it works properly, but Im not sure if you can though.

The passenger side is only supposed to work when the engine is warm and idling or the A/C is ON correct?
Well mine appears that it does lol... When I turn the ignition to ON without the engine running, my driver side turns on right away, and never stops untill I turn everything back OFF again. That's the problem.

The driver side isn't turning off because it senses the right side isnt working, its probably just turning off under normal operation. Its starting to sound like its working as it should? Am I misunderstanding something?
ok yeah I came out today and turned the car, turned the ac on to check if the passenger side turns on, and it did. Seems like yesterday I switched the a/c to check if fan works, and the fan didn't go off, hmmm maybe I didn't notice it. The problem seems like not within the fan but somewhere else I guess (sensors perhaps or fan relay problem). The fan does it's job when needed it's just the driver side won't ever go off when the ignition in ON or when engine is running.

check fan relay and take it out and reseat the relay. Sometime over current makes relay stuck in circuit. Take it out and reseat and if you have circuit tester check the control circuit of relay. If it has circuit voltage around 12v, you have another problem but if it doesn't have 12v, the relay is stuck in circuit. You gotta change it. it's less than $20.

hold on... so if its shows 12v I have another problem? what problem is that? You mean it wouldn't be with the circuit?

... And if it doesn't have 12v then the relay is stuck in circuit and need to be changed?
Did I get that right???

BTW I did took that relay out once and reseat it, nothing helped though. Didn't check the voltages on it though.

The problem fixed...

Ok guys just an update on this issue. The problem was fixed a while back now but no reply to what the fix was. Sorry about that.

It was a bad control module on the fan assembly. Had to get a new one.

^ glad to hear you got it taken care off, as soon as i read you response i thought of that as being the possible problem as well, but a little too late i guess... my friend had a mitsubishi with the same problem and it took quite a few trial and errors and $$ before he figured out it was the fan control module itself, he ended up changing the sensors, relays and such for no good reason.

I have the same issue on my coupe 04. So the control module on the fan assembly? not these three radiator relays? How much for the new control module, i heard it around $600. I still have the radiator fan problem so I was going to change the these relays....mmmmm
