Stillen Gen 2 Exhaust, Intake,

Hey guys, I just got my exhaust, Stillen Gen 2, put on my baby! & I LOVE IT! It has a loud/moderate sound to it, def manly and has a nice edge to its appearance. But I have some questions about this...

1) I paid $100 to get it installed, it that relatively on the high end or it is a good price?

2) I bought this item USED (said it was 6 months old), but I paid $400 cheaper compared to retail price. Is that good or bad?!? My total with installation - $800

3) WHY IS THE MPG going down? went from 16.X ---> 15.2 mpg... WHY?!? I had the throttle body with injection cleaner and an oil change during the time of the installation of the exhaust????

4) Lastly, Do you suggest me putting an intake, if so Which one???

Thanks for the input in Advance!!!

You're asking if your prices paid are fair. It's a bit late to ask that so I will only say that I installed my own exhaust. I think $100 is not totally out of the ballpark for an install.
$400 off full price for a used exahust is not bad, depending on condition... only you can decide that (which you've already done)

Your MPG is most likely going down for a few reasons.
1) Allow your ECU some time to make necessary adjustments.
2) You're giving it a bit more gas to hear the new sound.

Install an intake if you want a bit more sound. Don't do it for performance gains alone.
