Crashed my car in Maryland.... help

he has to brake cuz he's trapped. if he still wants to still drive fast and tries to come behind me, ill let him pass once its safe NOT BEFORE. i have no problem getting out of way of faster drivers but i wont let them endanger me.

thats why when i KNOW some moron is going hard to dive bomb me from a different lane, i match his speed if he has a car in front of him. result?
