weird remote start issue

So I had a remote starter (+smartstart) installed on my 07 g35x. but the car does not start if its parked on a slope. it starts, runs for 5 seconds and shuts off. car is auto. any ideas before i take it to the installer?

my only guess would be that the installer didnt bypass something right

such as the key fob being too far away from the car so it shuts off.

Just a wild guess. It might have something to do with the alarm since the car is on the slope and it is tilted a little. Not sure how our alarm works.Take it back to the installer and tell them to fix it.
