Kudos to Infiniti of Escondido
Took my 07 G with 65k miles to the dealership to see if they would replace the melted crappy rubber window seals under warranty. They contacted the regional Socal office and advocated replacement at no cost even though it was out of warranty. Took the regional office about 10 days to respond, but they approved it! I was mildly surprised but then again I've always had good customer service from Infiniti.

Now if they'll just inject about 50 more hp into the upcoming IPL G.....

Very nice to hear, i think i need 1 seal replaced... ill try my luck soon i guess.

you said it melted? form the engine or being outside in the sun?

Infiniti had a problem with their rubber compound breaking down.
