I just wanted to say JAV @VOSSEN IS THE BEST!!! In my time I have owned over 45 cars, I have put aftermarket wheels on every one of them and I have NEVER had any wheel company do such a great job with customer service and be so involved with their customers. While I was trying to chose wheels for my G I spoke with Jav on several occasions and he was extremely helpful with information on size, offset, hub size, you name it. You could say that I am a bit of a PIT but I do buy and Jav never seemed
bothered with all of my questions. I would recommend Vossen Wheels to anyone and everyone on this forum and and anywhere else.

This guy with the complaint seems to have issues with everyone according to the others here on the forum. The only common thread in this guys story is HIM!!! Maybe he should take a look in the mirror.

This thread is B.S. And everyone else on this forum knows it! You can tell by everyone elses comments that Vossen has great customer service. Their wheels are excellent quality. Enough said!

and im so happy for you and your 45 cars!!! but that still doesnt change the fact that my problem is in the wheels as i have proved experiment after experiment, and any other rants i have had where addressed by the other vendors and solved like bc racing pete over there helped me out so much and made sure i got on track he even sent me rear struts after realizing they were the wrong ones. and again i have no problems.......


i did the right thing and i gave it the benefit of the doubt but it still doesnt change the fact i have been done wrong!!!! end of story

 

Qucik background on this guy. He went through the same thing with his BC Coils. Not taking sides, just stating the facts.

lmfao very good sherlock holmes..... and exactly why i wanted to make sure i had my ducks in a row before posting anything on a forum i did all this to make sure i got every possible option available. then when it came time to finally TRY AND GET IN TOUCH WITH JAV i get a big stick it up your *** response. even when i was calm and nice about it all i got was i cant help you ..... so there was no offer to exchange or make good. and if you look at my previous posts instead of looking up old **** youll see that i just addressed the BC racing issue!!! **** i just got off the phone with pete about the wheels to ask him if he ever heard of somehting like this and he told me there is no way the road force balance machine could be wrong ....... so it has to be the wheels.

BUT HEY IM JUST A WHINER AND COMPLAINER RIGHT? but wait till it happens to you one day and then youll be on the side of the fence where no one cares!!!! lets see how you react.

I hope this fella just take the wheels off and see if Vossen will take the wheels back and be done with the problem.. Just find you some other wheels and just move on

 

true and when i called vossen do you knwo what they said? ya just run neg camber but those wheels shouldnt be on that car in the first place. but then turned around in the same conversation and said its been done plenty of times ill be fine! and i apologized and realized that i dont know everything.......

having said that i made sure i was direct and correct with my next issue...... and made sure i tried everything before i even called vossen with the problem. put up or shut up!

 

i offered that solution weeks ago when all this began stating that i didnt wanna be test dummy for there wheels to see if it would fit a sedan. but i also go SORRY NO REFUNDS!!!!! i knew i should have just went with some t1s's

 

i would just disput the charge and send the wheels back! u did pay by c/c right?

 

People will try anything at their own risk, you should have understood the offset and the fitment before buying. My best advice is hunt someone down that has the same model car with vossen wheels, try to see if someone is running that size wheel and offset.

 

I haven't seen any second gen sedans with T1S'....I think it would look so sick. I'd offer to let someone try mine out but they won't fit lol.

Says the guy that just joined with 1 post... I think vossen needs to remove their multiple accounts here. It always seems fishy when vossen is brought up and the praise mostly comes from low post count accounts that are made the same month as the thread.

 

I am not taking either side. You have gone through a lot to make the wheels and coils work but for whatever reason it does not seem to be working. And if your side of the story is 100% true then Vossen should step up and take care of it.
