If those are G35 OE shank-style lug nuts on a wheel made for standard conical-style nuts, that could be the problem right there. The wheel may not be properly secured to the hub with the wrong style lug nuts.

The OEM lugs are totally not meant for after market wheels. Go with some Rays or project kics or something.

I've had nothing but good experiences with Vossen and I've seen issues with vossen wheels but they were all resolved is a proper manner. I'm 100% sure they tried to help him. OP is a lost cause.

im glad you had good experience with vossen im sure there is some dudes who got some special pricing on there wheels that would say good things. and i in no ways am not saying i dont like the wheels. i just want my wheels right and in the past i have had problems and each problem that i had the vendor stepped up and got it taken care of and i have praised them over and over again. pete at bc was awesome. vinny over at vinnyten racing has been awesome......

JAV at vossen wheel was soooooo nice to me the first time i called and then getting him back on the phone and returning my email or messages when it came time to helping me got me in his own words and i quote " i dont what to tell you my man your ****ed"

soooo thats not so helpful. i even replied "what am i suppose to do jav i have exhausted every possibility my man and it always leads me to the vossen front wheels are no good" and i got in return "vossen wheels are perfect and its you and your car thats the problem".

as for modding no my man i am capable of modding and i only expect that my car run as good if not better than stock (otherwise whats the damn point, of modding in the first place to make your nice luxury car a beater?)

i mean come on we could go back and forth about this all day. the point is i did the right thing i checked everything i went back and forth test drive after test drive. when it came time to own up i got **** you plain and simple!!!!

So what happened with all that?

Did you try putting all OEMs back on just to see what happens?

Despite what the issue is, if what you are mentioning is what Vossen said, such as "you and your car are the problem" and "I don't know what to tell you, you're fk'ed", it's a poor way to conduct business. Definitely not something you would tell a customer, even if they are in the wrong. There is always a proper way to say something. Things like that can potentially hurt a business. Hopefully all goes well for both sides. Seems like OP doesn't want to do any bashing, just is disappointed of how it's been handled and he has done quite a bit to try to figure out the issue himself.

i dont understand what your talking about?

read and you will see that i put on oem wheels , no problems whatsoever, i put on another set of volks spares and no problems..... i even alternated oem wheels with vossen wheels to see which would be the culprit.... and BAMMMMM when i get to the 2 fronts being on either one you choose and there is a shake. replace them with any other wheel and BAMMMMM you get no shake!

i told you i exhausted allllllllllllll probable causes.

its also funny my other posts on myg37 and g35nyc were mysterioulsy deleted!!!

it could be your wheel hub!
if the vossen wheels are bigger and heavier! and its fine on your oem wheels (lighter)
your wheel hub and bearings might be not too good and ready to go so check on that

and since you said you swapped w/ oem and your friends volks which are light!
i bet its your wheel hub/bearing thats going to get Fd up soon and the weight of the vossen which are havier is making the vibration
