Spare tire?

So i got 19in wheels and i m wondering is it still necessary to keep the spare in the trunk or can i take it out and use that space for a sound system set up.

wha do you guys do that have after market wheels.

i m afraid that since i have an AWD and i m on 19's the spare will mess it up.

well the 19" wheels should be the same rolling diameter as OEM so the spare should be fine. Don't G35x come with a full size spare?

hmm yeah i gota go check this weekend then cause my stock wheels were 17''

so i would imagine that the OEM spare would match those and not my 19''

yeah so there is no use for me to keep my spare in my trunk if i am running 19'' right?

since it would throw off the AWD

It might throw off the awd temporary but still take you home. No spare will take you nowhere. Purely my opinion. Murphy's law would come in play as soon as you take the spare out you would have a flat. Lol

The 17" and 19" numbers only apply to the diameter of the wheel itself. The overall diameter of the tire is the same as oem on the spare as it is the 19" upgrade. No reason to get rid of your spare unless this is a show car that never gets driven.

But when you up grade your brakes, the 17" in your trunk is no good, and that why the 19" would be better for me to have. So, i need to get rid of my 17 and get an 19" spare.
