Just bang em on

Good thing about suspension parts is they are built tough so they can handle high torque and you can always use a breaker to get them back off.

I doubt you're going to find a sheet with specs on it for every part of the suspension and in all the suspension I've ever done, I've never torqued anything to spec.

^ you could do that, but there's a reason various bolts need to be torqued down to certain values. Too tight and they take on too much pressure at the limits and could break off. Too loose and, well, they'll eventually micro-vibrate themselves off. YMMV, of course, but it doesn't take much to follow the #'s, and I like to play it safe.

OP, you can refer to the FSM. It contains pretty much every single value you need.

You can download it from my site.

I also have direct info on the damper/spring area here.

I've done 40ish suspension swaps, never torqued anything to spec and never had anything loosen or snap.

Since i don't have torque wrench i just tighten everything snug tight. Worked for me so far and never had a problem.
