DIY Lowering - Tight Bolt

Hi you guys, i am trying to DIY on the lowering springs and i can't seem to get the lower end-link bolt to loosen. I tried with a longer breaker bar and nothing. It is so tight that i am concern i might break something if i continue to apply pressure. Suggestion? I also sprayed some W-40, but no luck.

Is it just my G or have you guys gotten the same issue?

Cool Tight Bolt

Try "penetrating oil" not WD40... let sit for 15-20 minutes and try with a breaker bar. If it's still seized, repeat steps. Lock Tight's a *****!

Definitely use something like Liquid Wrench or PB Blaster (i use the latter), let it sit for a few minutes. If it's really tight, like mine was, i sprayed every couple of hours and let it sit overnight.

Also, be sure you have something holding on to the other end of the link -- there's a nut there that will just keep turning if it's not held down.
