As long as you have your receipts you dont have much to worry about, since IF anything like this ever happens its on the dealer to prove that something you didi might have caused it. However if you are using OEM fluids then there is nothing they can say about it.
So just get OEM if you are worried about warranty and you'll be fine.

^ thats true for when they dont specifically state it like amp said and infiniti does say to use only their ATF so... "A claim to Infiniti for warranty, service contract, or goodwill repairs to the transmissions listed below may be denied if Genuine Nissan ATF Fluid is not used as specified by the part # in this bulletin." thats enough legal backing for them to deny your claim if needed.
