outside temp in Navi

I looked through everywhere in Navi setting, I do not think outside temperature is available on the main LCD display other than speedometer area (red rectangular text info screen). Am I right?

Thanks...that sucks...I would think the class of this car would have this info display on the main screen. No biggie, but I was just looking for it but realized it is not available.

Well, at least it is available on the speedo cluster.
I need to drill down into the navi to get this info in our MDX.
The G has it right there if you want it.... and it will also alert you if temps are below freezing, which is also pretty cool (no pun intended)

i know, the sad part is that 1st gen FX has it on the nav screen all the time on the top right corner which is much more convenient i miss that feature in the G every now and again but like you said no "biggie" cause who really cares what the exact temp is...

I'm really glad they have that little reminder for icy conditions right next to the outside temperature. I've been out of high school for some time now and I can just never remember when it is that water freezes.

I think some of the early sales literature for the '07's showed the temp on the screen.

Yeah, I know but I personally drive away from a heated garage. I have no idea how cold it is until the G tells me.
Also, the outside temp does not need to be below freezing for roads to ice over. Ground temp can be off 10 degrees or more from ambient temp.

If you don't like the alerts, you can turn them off.
