I just noticed there are two different front bumper for 07 G35.

I have the Journey model which has bigger mesh on both sides.

The other front bumper is for Sports model only??? I have attached picture here, can anyone confirm? Or Journey model has an option to install sports bumper?

Don't like the bumper I have, but I have tech package so sports bumper would not fit my ICC sensor : (

If you upgrade to the sports bumper w/tech package, your going have to find one with the icc cut out on the grill

Or you can get the regular sport bumper and cut-out the grill yourself, that's basically what Nissan does... one mold for all Journey's and one for all Sport, they then cut the hole for the ICC bracket and sensor after the fact.

I assume base and AWD model has same front bumper like Journey.

I just don't have the time to go through every single detail comparison of the car like I used to in my 20s. I did my dues on features, known issues, and other more "necessary" details, not much on the cosmetics which I consider front bumper to be.

it's cool man, it is more of me feeling sad of not able to be so into car likes I used to.

My won't let me lower the car or add front lip. I can only do minor things like roof spoiler, Navi bypass, shift ****, and other more accessories related mod.

oh well...I can only work harder to afford another leisure car to fix up for fun...

Pretty much. Rule of thumb, if it doesn't say S(port), then it uses the Journey bumper, AWD or otherwise.

Dam not even a front lip? why not? that sucks, I would highly reccomend it on the X bumper. Its gonna change the appearance of the car a whole lot for the better

Adding the front lip will have greater chance of her cracking the lip if she parks too close to the curb or other scenarios that we all know about.

My wife said no to lowering and front lip, so I can only make myself happy doing other smaller mods. It gives me more motivation to make more money and get myself a project car (E46 old M3 is my dream fix up car).

I'm confused... I have a sport with tech..

My car has a sport bumper with ICC

Can't you just order a sport bumper made for the tech package? It must exist, I can see it in my driveway

You can order a sport bumper with the tech package. I was just saying that if you find a regular sport bumper without the cut-out, you can cut it yourself. That's all Nissan does, there is no separate mold for it.

I found this out when i replaced my bumper recently, here's my how-to, along with the part #.

I thought the ICC mounting brackets were different between the Sport and Journey models?

^ it probably is. I'm just referring to the cut-out on the bumper itself. The brackets and such are sold separately.
