I have an 05 g35x, how difficult is it to change the brake pads on this car? I've never done it before, always had my old man do it. Is it straight forward? What's a good set to get? Not looking for high performance or anything... Thanks guys

 

It's not hard at all. If you've never done it you might browse youtube for some tutorials. There's videos that apply to nearly every car.

 

just check the DIY videos and any ceramic pads are ok

 

Very straightforward to do, just clean everything really well and be sure to tighten everything back up. I used EBC Redstuff but that might be overkill for your application.

There are some good DIY videos and posts out there. It is what I did.

 

just make sure all caliper bolts move easily and make sure the caliper pushes back with not too much tension and do it slowly
