I had a rattle coming from the driver door that sounded like a blown speaker, I thought it was because music with a lot of bass made the rattle happen. But then I noticed it on gravel roads with the radio off.

There is a metal plate on the back of the door right near the door grab, one half screws to the door panel, the other side screws into a piece of plastic inside the door once the panel is popped back into place. In my car, the two screws that held the plate to the door panel were overtightened from the factory, stripping the plastic they were screwed into, and they came loose over time. I followed a DIY from this forums to take off the door panel and found the source of the rattle. I just put some epoxy on the threads and some foam tape on the metal plate between the screw holes and screwed it back together. I let it set for 10 min and reinstalled the door panel. Luckily it was the screws on the door panel side that were loose b/c if I had to glue the ones in the door then I probably would not be able to get the door panel off again.

Took about 30 minutes. Hopefully this helps? I have got to figure out how to make the glass in front of the spedo stop rattling next lol.

I had that issue tackled by my dealer about 2 years ago, they ended up replacing the entire lower portion of the driver seat. I believe it was linked to a TSB because there was no questions asked...It would rock all the time but occasionally when I would apply the brake to stop. It was so annoying and at first thought I was going crazy. Take it to the dealer.

Still haven't takin the car to the dealer yet, waiting for oil change time. I try to stay out of my dealer as much as possible, it seems like every time I walk in there they find out I didn't buy the car from them so they constently tell me I should have bought from them and my life would be much easier. I hate salesmen
