drag racing

i returned to the drag strip today and got :

60' 2.047
1/4 13.759
mph 100.62

as you guys were saying my 60' was a problem at 2.121 and i got it better this time! My car is completly stock (G35X 07 5AT)

13.7 is pretty nice for a stock 4-door. can't wait to throw some mods on mine and see what she can do!

i think temperature has alot to do with this time, it was 6 celcius here yesterday thats pretty cold! for 19 april lol

yeah temperature definitely does. once it warms up you'll have better traction and the engine will be able to operate better. i suspect you'll easily shave a tenth or two off your times and you might see your trap speed increase a little too.

traction have nothing to do i think because i have an X model, so its pretty sure i had advantage to race in these conditions

with my stock g35s sedan rwd I managed a 13.7 at 104 so for an x that is good, you can see where you launch better then i do with your 60ft time and I trap higher hence more whp

i have managed 13.580 at 102mph with 60ft of ~1.99_ on 6mt back a few years when i got the exhaust and intake, so not exactly stock but i met my expectations considering i am yet to get a tune.
