Okay I was looking at this car and the interior looked horrible as in it was really dirty and I mean diiirrrtttyyyyy. The salesman claimed it was dirt and could be easily washed off. Now I was wondering in the long run even after its cleaned would the leather be more likely to damage easier because of the current conditions.

And thank you everyone on all the information and tips. I'm definitely learning a lot. I still have another dealer or two to take a look at hopefully I will get some time this week so I can make a decesion soon.

You are not referring to when the G is in manumatic mode are you? When in manumatic mode, mine doesn't shift automatically when it redlines.
