kick plate

Has anyone change them out? I have the illuminated kick plates and wondering if there is a trick to getting these off. I hope the car is wired up for it too.

I pried my stock ones off using a screwdriver and paper folded thick enough to protect the paint.

You have to run the wires from the kick plates to the BCM located under the panel on the right side of the passenger foot well. The wires will connect to the BCM. I'm near Cerritos if you need a hand ... it's pretty easy.

My Infiniti has the plastic clips in them. Took off the back only and broke one of them. Looked under the front one and wondering now it's going to light up.

a bot confused with your question but the wire will be fed through the plastic molding and under the carpet. The lower plastic along the door next to your kickplates will also need to be pulled off... kickplates should have complete install instructions with em, if not i think someone posted scans on here, search for it, if all else fails let me know and ill try to find mine which is not a guarantee since i havent seen em in 3 yrs!
