2nd gear notchy?
I think somethings weird with my 2nd gear. Today I got on it a little bit, and went to quick shift into 2nd, and it grinded really bad. Clutch was in, wasn't my grinding. Its like it didn't want to engage into 2nd.
So i putsed around with it, and noticed that 2nd gear is harder than the other gears to get into. Its like its notchy almost. Is this a known problem or am I just high?

^ maybe a synchro problem, not sure how many miles or how the last guy drove it but i would look into changing the MT fluid first off and test if your clutch is ok (which it should be since all other gears work fine) then change out clutch fluid which is very easy if you dont want to get underneath the car then just use a syringe or baster to suck out old fluid from reservoir, put in new dot4, close cap, press cltuch in and out slowly 20-30times and repeat until fluid stays clear.
In a safe empty lot or road, go upto ~35mph and then put your car into 6th gear and floor the accelerator for just a few seconds and if the car feels heavy and slowly tries to speedup your clutch is ok, however if the rpm quickly jumps up and the speed does not then your clutch is going bad soon.
If clutch checks out and changing the MT and clutch fluid does not help then it might just be a serious synchro prob which requires tranny replacement by infiniti since they never work on fixing the tranny themselves.
hope this helps!

Yea, I'll ask the dealer about it this week when I go in for a oil change. Luckily I have a 100k warranty that goes until 2014.
