I was having that same issue and I took it back to the factory. They told me there was a certain way to rotate and balance the tires that most standard shops don't know how to do... Anyhow it fixed it for sure.

There is a brake shudder TSB that dealers will honor, at the very least you'll get your rotors machined.

Brake judder. Battery failures x 2 (less than 1 year each). Bose amp replaced. Steering rack replaced. Headlight replaced (crazing). alignment out of whack (didn't know 1st one free unfortunately). Creaking of body parts. passenger seat vibration/noise. Clutch slave cylinder recall. ECM revision. That's what I can think of off the top of my head.

Yeah you got a dud

Hell i probably have a dud..but no issues since my engine was replaced
