GReddy twins at low PSI... that will just about do it for you... You will need new clutch/flywheel for that 450 though.

I guess I should list a few mods you should get... But you will need F/I for 450hp as far as I know.

Exhaust, with a TT kit 3" flow... with SC 2.5"
Test Pipes or Downpipes... Test pipes for SC Downpipes for TT
JWT Stage 2 Clutch/Flywheel
Fuel System 660cc injectors and Walbrough 255lp fuel pump
Osiris UpRev EMS is a good aftermarket EMS for a decent price or you can use the EMS that ocmes with the Greddy kit...

After all that and a good tune probably around 450-475hp, build your internals (pistons/rods/valves/cams/springs/retainers) easily over 600 but you will need to get a new differential to transfer that power to your wheels.

Also, with 450, there is no point in having that power with 8 inch wide rims... you will not make near enough contact with the pavement and your tq/hp will be lost... There is alot more into it than just simple mods

THen you need to look into coilovers and BBK's no point in having that much power without a way to stop and a way to ride smoothly...

Thats not possible... with a CAI and that cat back, you will see like 280 maybe 290... to the wheels probably 275... some people see a loss when they do that... cause the stock intake is a VERY good intake.

Get a GTM S/C or T/C instead. I don't think there's a Greddy available for the 2nd gen yet.

The engine itself is fairly stout, as Sam(GTM) found out and mentioned in a post recently. There are a lot of GTM-equipped 2nd gens that have had only an oil and tranny cooler as the only other mod and they've been very reliable so far.

edit: This assumes you meant 450 at the flywheel, the GTM kits start at 500, which the OEM components can handle. If at the wheels, you definitely should consider upgrading the rest of the drivetrain.

GTM SC will get you very close to that power figure without putting too much of a hole on your wallet.

get rid of the flowmaster exhaust on an import first.....no offense thats a muscle car exhaust.

in order to acheive anything over 325-350 you will have to breach into the Forced induction arena on our blocks...you then may want to toss in some bottom end parts so you dont blow your motor for safety precautions....

OP are you trying to acheieve 400-450 RWHP or just OVERALL HP?? If its overall HP you can count for about 60-70 horsepower decrease to rear wheel.

Its just like infiniti states......our Coupes/Sedans have 330hp....having it dynoed your between 245-260 depending on revup/non-revup configuration.
