Man yours were bad! I didn't let mine get close to that and I had it repalced. Glad it worked out for you they look really nice. Also I got my door trim replaced and yes, the material is better, but I am still thinking they are lacking and slacking somewhere because it start to chip only 3 months later and I am very delicate and meticulous about my interior/(exterior as well).

Infiniti of South Atlanta. Theyve been really good to me for only going there twice for service. They will continue to get work from me. Not oil changes though, lol, too far of a drive just for oil change.

They are full of crap, if you still have warranty I don't see why they would say that, unless Infiniti only did this for the 07 IDK

On second thought, do you want a new wheel just because, or is it scratched up? Mind posting a pic of what it looks like.

My wheel wasn't scratched nearly as badly as the OP's, but I figured it wasn't gonna get any better and I was hoping the new one would be an improved coating/material. I also didn't have a scratch on any door handles other than the driver side, but they swapped them all just the same. Seems like there's a tremendous variation in what individual dealers are willing to do for their customers. So much so, that I suspect it's not Infiniti corporate that is reluctant about it at all, but really JUST the dealerships.

No pics of it, but it is similar to salvadors, b a littutle worse. I think I am gonna call Infiniti (corporate) this week and see if they will approve the fix. I am sick of these scratches. They look like complete ****.

Infiniti of Cool Springs in Nashville--about a stone's throw from the headquarters of Nissan North America--told me their Infiniti rep would not approve steering wheel replacement. they replaced the door pulls but not the wheel.

I am giong to try Swope Infiniti in Louisville, KY in a couple of weeks.

I totally agree. I don't understand why some dealership will honor the warranty replacement and others refuse to do it when the vehicle is still in its warranty period. Clearly a miss-communication between Infiniti and dealerships.
