TPMS code 53 ... BCM failure about TPMS need help !!

Hey guys, I have the light come on for the tire pressure ... I did the diagnostic and code 53 comes up ....

53 means: BCM failure about TPMS

Questions is that I want to know what this means !

Can I reset myself a code 53 ... I've read that I need to go to the dealer but I would prefer doing it myself if I could ...

Any help would be appreciated !

Thanks ! really appreciated .... I want to know ...

1- Is the BCM defect ? If so i'm I the only one or other people too had the same issue ...
2- Or is it because the winter tires did not have TPMS and having a hard time to re calibrate ...

I tried to recalibrate but i dosen't work ... I've read that I need to be code free before I can recalibrate ...

Thanks !

Im honestly not sure. I know that a month after i got my car (February 2007) i had a problem with my TPMS sensor(s). I cant remember exactly what happened but i do remember that i had to get them replaced and luckily my warranty covered them. If the reset process doesnt work i would take it to either a local tire shop or infiniti and see if they can diagnose the problem.
