I get compliments on mine all the time.... One of the reasons I put up with all the issues these cars have.(window motors, lock actuator, oil issues, clicking axles, slow, camber wear issues) all issues fixable but I'm just saying

i take compliments in the form of people revving at me at stop lights, when im parked sitting in my car for a minute, etc

 

when i take my car for washing . .

 

lol I don't like the 2nd gens my next car will not be an infiniti.

& some of the reasons I get compliments are cause I'm 16 and my car isn't complete rice like other 16 year olds lmao

 

The one and only compliment I got was within my first 10 minutes of driving the car. I was pulling into the bank parking lot to close on the loan. This doubled as my test drive. I was 650 miles from home with no ride (I flew down to pick up the car), so the dealer was nice enough to let me run around in it pretty much all day.
I live in the middle of nowhere, so people are pretty ignorant around here. I once had someone who was staring straight at the grille ask me if it was a Mazda. No worries though as I didn't buy the car to show off.

 

All stock '07 S with 35% tint.... Not the reason I got it but females love this car! New chicks I just met, ex girlfriends, women from work, friends' wives, they all love it. When they feel how quick it is they're like.... damn!

I've driven 2nd gens, thr still slow. If i wanted a fast car I would be driving a cobra, mach, 5.0 or vette. Our cars are slow but look good. if you bought a G thinking it's fast then ur wrong if you bought the G to cruse around in and be faster than a stock civic/corolla then sure.

 

306 HP is pretty good for stock and will beat just about 75% of all other cars on the road.

 

G's are sooooo heavy tho, 306 hp isnt slow but it's not fast either it's well just enough to get a car that size & weight moving without having to floor it to get on a fryway like you would a stock civic. but saying OH MY G35/37 IS SO FAST is dumb cause it's not. put a vq35/37DE/HR in a tiny car like a miata that thing will be fast but not in a 4k lbs car.
