omg maybe it has triple turbos! I think mine has those
An 8 series BMW was manufactured from about 1989 to 1999, I actually got a chance to drive one when I was younger, that thing was amazing. I still consider that car one of the best BMW's of all time.

Average performance at best? Well, for a v12 6mt sure it doesn't compete with modern cars (keep in mind this was manufactured many years ago) as far as fuel economy and performance go. But a low 13sec quarter mile is nothing to yawn about! Average compared to what?

Yall are a bit up tight, I was just messing around on this thread

it is a good car for 1980s or early 90s, but thats it.
5.0L V12 but only 296HP? even our tiny little V6 is more powerful than that.
it probly drives better, much better than the G, since its BMW. and it has pop up head lamps i like that

and it was 4,000lbs in the late 1990's.

It's a sexy asrsed looking car. Unless you are in love with the looks, I wouldn't recommend one.

twin turbos...

I'm gonna when you find out someone did the GAB or ghetto air box trick to your stock air boxes. On a serious note I am familiar with the 850i, was a bad a** car!
