Brakes Brakes....

So my front bakes have finally worn down and it's time to replace them with some new pads. I have read some threads where people suggest getting the akebono pads.
Anyone know some sites that have a good price and are a reliable online company? Also, should I have the rotors turned since it's the first time the pads are being replaced. Or should I leave them without having them turned?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

advanceautoparts.com seems to be very popular nowadays with all its discounts as long as you can get em on the right day which is a bit of a gamble, i got akebono pads for my FX for almost half the actual price with a promotion they had going a while back and few ppl have posted screenshots of how much they saved with other maintenance/replacement items like sparkplugs etc

getting em turned is the general consensus but imo if you experience brake judder/shaky steering while moderate to hard braking at highway speeds then get em turned else if you just lightly sand off the old pad material and clean with brakleen and the bed in the new pads properly, youre good to go!
