All manufacturers skimp on paint. Want to know what car has the bes paint? Ask a reputable body shop, there's a way to measure paint thinkness on a car. Wouldn't it suck if you did ask and heard it was a Ford Fusion? Hahahah, would you go buy one?

 

our paint job sucks, but still pretty good for stock, if you take care of it by waxing it regularly.

 

^ Agreed but waxing doesn't help with easy chilling, just with fade and all the other crap that paint goes through. I wax everytime i wash, just habit. It may just be a little on a rag but onsidering I do it everytime was my car, it's plenty. I have never bought into the once a year/six months claim of any wax products. Its not possible against the elements of mother nature.

 

how often do you wax? I wash my car once a week and wax every other week. next time i wash i have to do the whole nine yards. I have to clay bar my car now. When i was waxing if felt a little rough. Oh what wax do you use? I use Meguires
