Not sure if this may have been addressed on a previous post, but I was wondering what would be the best audio upgrade setup without replacing the factory stereo/navigation unit?

I have a 2008 G35x with the Premium Package, Bose "Studio on Wheels," which sounds more like a garageband to me, 10-speaker system (not sure of the sizes/exact locations), amp and blah blah. I would like to be able to replace ALL interior speakers, the amplifier, and maybe even reuse my Infinity Basslink II.

What do you recommend? And what manufacturers?

Budget is reasonable, as long as I can still buy groceries for the family.

im in the same boat as u and have the same car,i wanan upgrade the speakers inside also i want it to be loud and crisp with a sub in the trunk but not to big.If u find any info let me know

 

Saw a guy with a g37 coupe and he was able add a sub but he said the main amp was really complicated to do much else with. I'm assuming ours is the same deal.

 

Search in here. Lots of guys have switched speakers and added subs.

 

I actually had subs and a amp added to my 07 sport sedan today. From my understanding the guys say that the bose is a pain to deal with but I have to alpine type r 12's in there now I just hate that i dont have much audio control with the factory head unit
