Probably not, but it doesn't hurt to ask them.

Assuming it isn't, how does one address this?

It'll fix itself. It's not a perfectly air tight system like say and aircraft (747), so temp changes will allow this to happen. What yr is your car BTW?

if it doesnt fix itself, you could probably just take the bulbs out/unplug them and let the housing air out for a while

I would leave it for a few days, i had this happen to my passenger side headlight on an extremely hot day and within a day or so it was gone.

Doesn't just the heat from using them dry them? Do you actually use them much?

I've noticed that during drastic temp changes for example like from being very hot and immediately cooled with cold water or vice versa.

If it doesn't "fix" itself, you can also reseal them with this:

You might want to think about painting/upgrading while it's all apart too.

Took it in to the stealership today because I had some hail damaged recently repaired. Window tint got scratched, BT mic isn't picking up, and the tire gel they used won't come off my mud flaps.

Asked them about the headlights while I was there....they said they took them off to service the hood, but they weren't opened. Thought it would be a service item and will get back to me.

Odd that they gave me an 07 Pontiac Grand Prix with heavy hail damage and a low oil light for a loaner.
