Spoiler question...

Hey guys, on a recent visit to the Infiniti dealer I came across a sedan that had a rear spoiler lip, something subtle, with the rear backup camera and trunk release built in. I didn't see the chrome trim, but didn't have time to look at it too long. I have a rear roof spoiler, and was looking for a trunk spoiler to compliment it.

I may choose to keep the chrome trim, not too sure, but I know I want a trunk lip of sort, not a shopping cart wing.

Any ideas?

This is what you saw:

It's the OEM spoiler for the 09+ G37, but will fit a 2nd gen G35 fine.

Thanks! Very nice. That one may have been it. Just did a quick search on it and looks like it'll run around $400 plus install. Will check with the dealer too see if they'd cut me a deal if I get my 30k service with them...

Don't buy it from the dealer, they'll rape you. Cheapest I've found is from www.discountinfinitiparts.com:

LINK

Depending on your color, they run max 330, cheapest is 247

Excellent! Good looking out. I'll check the site and see if they have it in my color, or if they could color match it otherwise. Knowing that the 09+ spoiler will fit my 08 makes my job a lot easier. Next is the diffuser, but for now I'm going for the clean look...

Thanks again.

That guy didn't have my color, nor did his item have all the pieces.

Did your box come with everything needed to install (template, 2 plastic button adaptors, nuts/bolts, etc)? My friend who got one from that guy was missing pieces.

I love that spoiler!!!!! This is the only spoiler i would put on my car! I've seen them on eBay but I haven't found one with a rear view camera for less than $100!

Ive ordered 2 from him and they both came with everything in Nissan boxes. They dont make this spoiler in ivory pearl but its still cheaper to pay $90 and get it repainted then buying a new one.

i just talked to him the other day and he only has 1 left in blue slate.

That's strange, because the one my friend got in OB was missing one of the two plastic adapters for the trunk release button, the template, and all the screws/bolts.

Can you post a link? All that I've seen in that style have been $399. I like them, but not that much.
