Tools and materials needed for DIY Noob

Its me once again Need to know what everyone's opinions are regarding what to get for the following items that need to be replaced or done:

Tint : Ceramic or regular tint.
Grille: Which paint to use to get a glossy finish ( duplicolor or krylon paint)
Brake fluid: does it matter which one i get or any brand is ok?
Steering fluid: is it really just standard automatic transmission fluid? 1.5oz?
At Fluid: Again any specific brand i should buy?
Headlights: can i use the same paint i use to paint the grille? also how do you glue the lens back together after your done?
Cabin filter: do 2007 and 2008 have the same filter? i couldnt find which model # it is. and im def. getting the one with carbon.
Oil and filter: i bought 5 qts of valvoline full syn 5w-30 and a fram tough guard filter TG6607 for $23. do i really need to get an extra quart to top it off? i see many ppl put 5.25qts.
Led's for interior: was thinking about this but was confused by all the posts, do all the bulbs have the same model number or is each one diff.? read that you need 10 bulbs and saw them on ebay for around $32.

I'm going to lowes tom. for the spray paint and stopping by autozone for the rest. Need to get all this done by the weekend. any links or sources to where to buy these items from and prices will be really helpful. I will also be posting up pictures when i do some of these mods.

I will only comment on what i used.

Oil- Mobil 1
filter- napa gold or wix (I have heard fram blows)
top it off- I let mine sit for an hour to drain everyting and my x took 5.75*(warm it up wait 15 minutes and check the oil) If you don't put enough in your warning light above the speedo will come on.
Grill paint, there is a thread I started on it last month(duplicolor and acrylic Clear coat to really make it shine)

I will find the link and update it on the grill.

This is for my window panels, but it's the same stuff I used for my grill.

tint: high budget:ceramic low budget: regular
grille: duplicolor (has nice applicator)
Brake fluid: get it from the dealership. If you don't want to do that get dot3 or higher grade
PS fluid: no clue
AT fluid: get it from the dealership
headlights: same paint will work. no plastidip.
cabin filter: no clue have them look it up at the store
oil and filter: change it and see where it is on the dipstick
LED's: (I have a sedan) 2 map lights front, 2 map lights rear, and under door lights are all the same.

hope that helped

Ps. Check you oil after you have warmed it up and let it sit for 15 minutes as the directions say. My light came on and I had to put more in. It showed too full when I checked the dipstick on a cold engine, but perfect after lettging it warm up for 5 minutes and then waiting 15 minutes.

Beautiful, helpful posts already!! So ill also remember to get an extra quart next time, but the thing is they ran out of valvoline , is it ok to get any synthetic brand or will it cause problems. Thx for the clear up on LEDS, just need to know where to get these bulbs from and what a decent price is for them, are the rear license plates also the same?
