The car has the plug in the center console but the guy who sold me the car never got the cable. Where is the best place to pick one up? I have seen them on Ebay for around $30, but didn't know if that is any better than the local dealer or if there is a better place to go. Thanks.

 

$30 is about the same price as the dealer.

Thanks. Do you know the specific part number for the 08? I am trying to pull your link and my computer is just spinning. I seen a couple that look the same on Ebay but one claims it will not work on my 08X.

Got mine on ebay. It said 09 but it Its 08. After09+ its a regular USB connection.

 

I think I see that auction, but it also said check the manual for a specific number and directed to another auction with the same looking cable. The other cable it links to is identical but much cheaper. There must be a difference between the two.

Curious...if you have an 07 sedan you wouldn't have a need for the factory iPod cable the OP is looking for, unless you had the iPod unit installed?
