Vinyl would be better that way it can take some real abuse unlike paint

Some shops can paint trim too, but cost less to do vinyl & more durable in the long run. Paint can be scratched off with time making that area delicate to abrasions.

I had mine painted OB...it tuned out great...I have also seen vinyl and is a very good option, and less expensive then paint...
