Anyone else interior looking "drab"?

I have 90k miles on my car but I'm noticing the aluminum trim is turning a slightly different color. Sort of...brown like from sun fading it. Anyone else have this problem and a way to get it back to its "old color"?

I've got almost 70k and no signs of fade... and I live in tx with 100+ degree summers. Vinyl wrap or I don't think the trim is that expensive to replace.

shouldnt happen when you take care of your interior .... as in wiping it down every so often ... cleaning over all helps

Do you have tint? UV will kill the interior if you don't have tint.

I have 35% tint all around except windshield. I've slowed the aging of it down by a lot because I park in a garage at home and under solar panels at school.

I wonder how much to replace the aluminum trim or just to get some carbon fiber ones. I know I saw them here somewhere on the website.

Nice, going to have to inquire about that.

And no pictures until Friday because my car is in the shop, sadly.

My interior looks like the day I bought it, but the car is garaged every day, both at home and at work.
I also have ceramic tints and wipe the interior down and clean/moisturize regularly.

My friend has an 08 with 80K that's never garaged and his trim seems fine to me.

I agree though... if it's worn, it's a good excuse to wrap in CF

I must be really picky about it or something.

http://www.carid.com/2007-infiniti-g...tem-65914.html

for the full 47pc kit it is $245 but its not really necessary unless you wanna go all out... the 18pc kit is only $130...

also they have 18 colors of wood, 10 colors of CF and like 10 "modern materials" like chrome and aluminum, etc as well as OEM replacement

You can use metal polish to put a lot of shine back into it
