Factory nav install is not really a great choice but that doesn't mean you must get a suction cup nav, there are numerous options for adding an aftermarket nav that wi display on your dash display, best of all you can enter addresses when the car is in motion. You can also add a backup camera to the existing display....both are cheaper than the oem nav.

I would have had to change the whole harness. The non Nav unit had 4 plugs or so. The new unit had 6 or 7.. there wheren't enough connectors for inputs. I just took a look at the auction and I am not sure how that will make it work.

Like it was said earlier. If you can post a how to with the parts you buy thats awesome. I prob spent just as much money and I didnt have the harness. So maybe thats what I was missing.

It is not worth it. Technology if smart phones surpasses nav from 2008. I had a 2007 w/o nav ; I now own a 2008 with nav and do not use it because there are now apps that will reroute you real time based on incident reports.
