275/40/18 on stock S wheels at rear

Tirerack recomends running 275-40-18 at rear instead of 245-45-18 if you plan FI power on your car. The Miata.net Tire Size Calculator said that is the same as stock.
Does anyone runs that here?
A photo of fitment can be nice.
