Exclamation 07 G35x clicking noise

I have an 07 awd with 62k on it and there seems to be a clicking or knocking noise coming from the front driver side. But it can only be heard from inside the car. It can be heard when on uneven road but not necessarily over bumps and it can't be heard over really smooth road. What could this be?

Just a thought, try turning off your AC/Heat fan and see if that does anything. I notice a definate noise until I turn it off. Doesn't sound like anything is broke, or getting ready to break though.

I had this EXACT issue with my 07, it is your coolent. Take it to the dealer and they will flush it out no problem, didn't even cost me a dime. It is a known issue caused by debris in the fluid. You're going to have to take it to the dealer, it'll take them 20 minutes tops. I remember this, though. It was hell having this

Really? It occures when the heating or ac is off aswell. I thought it was a suspension problem like the compression rod bushing or the cv joint boot.

I'm pretty sure he was referring to this TSB:

. . . but I think you're suggestions seem plausible .
