Quote: The most important difference in the sport model is the limited slip differentials IMO. Other things are mostly cosmetic and can be purchased for pretty cheap. (ie. sports bumper, sides, wheels, paddle shifters, aluminum pedals, etc.)
How could I forget the VLSD, haha?

OP, I think the upgrade is worth it if you have the money. I just got my 07 X (premium pklg no nav) with 35k miles for $23,500 almost 2 years ago. I got mine with the AWD specifically in mind, but if I could have gotten an XS for the same money then I would have. Other than that, the improvements are mostly cosmetic. Stock for stock (esp with AWD) theS isn't much faster than the base or X.

Quote: You could probably get a bout $14,000 for your car. My parents got a 2008 g35x last April with 10,000 miles. It had the premium package and technology package for $25,000.
$25 for an '08 with 10k miles and premium/tech package?? Good lawd where was that when I was shopping!?!?

Def think the upgrade is worth it. I test drove a couple 06 and 07/08 models. The new ones have much better interiors.

I agree with the others. Get the G35xS.

For reference, I just got a 2007 G35x with Premium, Nav, and Tech packages with 50k miles for $17600. I don't know if the 2007's come with Sport packages on the G35x though.
